Box formats the plant can review
- Regular slotted containers (RSC) and common shipping cases.

Local Philippine programs

Export cartons and pizza-box programs
North Harbor and South Harbor routes can be evaluated for export orders. The quotation should state the proposed Incoterm, named place or port, packaging method, pallet dimensions, container plan, documentation scope and validity. The importer and customs broker remain responsible for confirming tariff classification, origin, entry requirements and destination-market charges.
Pizza boxes can be structurally reviewed for local or export use, including size, board construction, vents, print layout, bundle count and flat-pack palletization. Food-contact suitability, grease resistance and destination compliance are separate requirements: specify the food contact condition, liner, ink, varnish/coating, adhesive and required declarations before material approval. No FDA, PFAS-free or food-grade claim is made unless the exact material and current supporting document are identified for the order.

No. The factory is in Calamba City, Laguna. “Near Manila” or “Manila-area” describes the market corridor only.
Is the press four-color?
The documented main flexographic line is three print colors plus a varnishing unit. A separate digital-print option is reported by plant management. The quotation identifies which process and color construction applies.
Can you quote any box size or flute?
The plant can review a broad range of styles, flutes and dimensions, but feasibility depends on the blank size, feed direction, board construction, tooling, print and converting process. Send the drawing or a physical sample.
Does PEZA status guarantee zero tax or duty?
