The documented K6-1200 × 2400 line provides three-color flexographic printing plus varnishing, vacuum transfer, slotting and rotary die cutting. The plant also reports a 16-head digital printer, folder-gluer, standalone die cutter and stitcher. Flexographic printing is typically evaluated for repeating production; digital printing can be evaluated for suitable shorter runs, trials or multiple artwork versions. “Pizza box” describes a format, not a compliance status. Before material approval, identify whether food contacts the liner directly or through another layer, the food type and temperature, expected contact duration, grease or moisture exposure, destination market and buyer documentation standard.

- Define inks, varnish or coating and whether any printed surface can contact food.
- Identify adhesive locations and the approved adhesive system.
- State recycled-content or fiber requirements without assuming they prove food-contact suitability.
