The U.S. finalized antidumping & countervailing duties on polypropylene corrugated boxes from China (~146%) and Vietnam (130.58%) in 2026. Fuxing's own plants in Manila & Davao ship the same food-grade corrugated plastic produce boxes — AD/CVD-exempt origin, fully documented. The reusable waxed carton alternative for hydrocooling, top-icing and forced-air cooling programs.
Final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce, enforced by CBP on entry:
AD 83.64% + CVD 62.27% combined (China-wide entity, final Jan 2026). A $4.00 box lands at ≈ $9.84 before freight.
Vietnam-wide antidumping rate, final May 2026, duty order effective July 17, 2026. A $4.00 box lands at ≈ $9.22.
Not covered by the orders. Boxes made in our Manila & Davao plants enter with a Philippine certificate of origin — 0% AD/CVD. Standard U.S. tariffs, including the 19% reciprocal tariff, still apply.

Example: a $4.00 FOB reusable corrugated plastic produce box, before ocean freight.
| Origin | FOB price | AD/CVD duty | Reciprocal tariff | Landed base cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| China | $4.00 | + ≈146% | see note | ≈ $9.84 + |
| Vietnam | $4.00 | + 130.58% | see note | ≈ $9.22 + |
| Philippines (Fuxing Manila / Davao) | $4.00 | + 0% | + 19% | ≈ $4.76 |
Important: Philippine origin removes the AD/CVD exposure only. Philippine-origin goods remain subject to the 19% U.S. reciprocal tariff and normal HTSUS duty; China- and Vietnam-origin goods carry their own reciprocal tariffs on top of the AD/CVD figures shown. All figures are illustrative — actual duty deposits depend on entry documentation and CBP review, so confirm with your customs broker. We provide full origin documentation with every shipment.

What U.S. importers ask us first
Yes. The 2026 orders cover polypropylene corrugated boxes from China and Vietnam only. Goods genuinely manufactured in the Philippines are outside the scope. Our boxes are corrugated, converted and printed in our own Philippine plants — with production records to prove it, not transshipped. Note this covers the AD/CVD orders only: Philippine-origin goods still carry the 19% U.S. reciprocal tariff and normal HTSUS duty.
Same die-lines, same food-grade virgin PP, same print standard, same group QC — we transfer tooling specs between our own plants. Most customers can't tell the origin apart except by the paperwork.
95,000 m² across Manila and Davao with in-house corrugating. Standard lead time 20–30 days after artwork approval; repeat orders faster. Davao has served Del Monte and Sumifru programs for years.
Philippine certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list from our Philippine entity, plus plant production records on request for origin verification.
Typically one 40' HQ per SKU for custom print; folding boxes ship flat so a container carries a lot. Mixed-SKU containers possible — ask.
Send your box spec or just the crop and count. A filled spec sheet, FOB Manila/Davao price and duty-scenario comparison come back within 12 business hours.
