Table Grape Bags, Cherry Bags & Blueberry Packaging for Chile and Peru Exporters

Slider and zipper grape pouches, cone and twist-tie bags, micro-perforated cherry bags and blueberry packaging — printed with your brand, PLU and country of origin, and shipped ahead of the Peruvian and Chilean seasons.

Already packing grapes from Peru and Mexico and cherries from Chile and the U.S. Northwest

Quick Answer

Chile and Peru ship the Southern Hemisphere's table grapes, cherries and blueberries — and most of that fruit reaches the shelf in a printed bag. Fuxing Group makes the four formats exporters use: slider/zipper grape pouches, cone and twist-tie bulk grape bags, micro-perforated cherry bags and blueberry films, header bags and trays. We already print for grape programs in Peru (Agrícola Pampa Baja) and Mexico (SunFresh) and cherry programs in Chile (C&L Fruit) and the U.S. Northwest. Quotes within 12 business hours, samples in 3–7 days, artwork approved 10–12 weeks before your first pack date.

Why a banana-carton group makes your grape bags

Fuxing's roots are in fresh-produce packaging — cartons and bags for banana and pineapple programs from Dongguan to Davao, where our plant is the city's largest carton maker. The same film lines, gravure presses and food-contact QC now run grape pouches for Peru, cherry bags for Chile and produce bags shipped to 30+ countries. Cartons, trays and bags are quoted together and can share a container. Spanish version: Bolsas para uva, cereza y arándano.

FAQ

Which bag format is best for export table grapes?
For retail-ready programs, a slider or zipper pouch with vent holes and a printed panel (brand, PLU, variety, origin) is the standard in the U.S., Europe and Asia. For bulk packing in the field or packhouse, cone bags and twist-tie bags with vent holes are faster and cheaper. Most Peruvian and Chilean exporters run both: bulk bags into the 8.2 kg or 4.5 kg carton, and pouches for the retailers that ask for them.
Do you make micro-perforated bags for cherries?
Yes. Cherry bags are laser micro-perforated so the fruit breathes without losing moisture, and printed with brand and PLU; we have produced them for C&L Fruit (Chile), Northwest Cherries and Rainier cherry programs. Modified-atmosphere liner bags for cherry cartons are quoted case by case.
What about blueberries?
Blueberries usually ship in clamshells or punnets, so we supply the film side of the pack: printed lidding and flow-wrap films, header bags and retail pouches for punnet multi-packs, plus the corrugated trays and cartons the punnets travel in. Tell us your punnet size and we quote the matching tray.
When should exporters order for the season?
Peru's table-grape harvest runs roughly November to February, Chile's December to April, Chilean cherries November to January and Peruvian blueberries August to December. With 20–30 days of production and 30–45 days of ocean transit to Callao, Valparaíso or San Antonio, artwork should be approved 10–12 weeks before your first pack date.
What are the print and material options?
LDPE / LLDPE or PP films, 30–60 µm depending on format, with gravure or flexo print up to 8 colours, anti-fog treatment, laser micro-perforation or punched vents, and slider, zipper, twist-tie or heat-seal closures. All films are food-contact grade; plants are ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certified and SGS-audited.
What is the minimum order and how do you ship?
Typically one pallet per design; several designs — and the cartons they go into — can share one 20' or 40' container. We quote FOB Philippines, China or Vietnam with a landed-cost estimate to your port and provide free samples of existing designs within 3–7 days.
